In summer, linden, phacelia, clover, many wild flowers bloom, and our farm's autumn raspberries begin to bloom. To obtain the creamy consistency, thickened honey is mechanically stirred in a special creamer. Once it reaches a buttery consistency, mix the honey with the additive. Honey is not heat treated during the preparation process and retains all its properties!
